Behind every thriving Gospel Community (GC) are dedicated people serving faithfully in roles that often go unnoticed but make all the difference. Colossians 3:16 reminds us, “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom.” For that to happen effectively, our weekly gatherings need intentional rhythms: childcare, hospitality, clear communication, and purposeful facilitation.

Childcare creates a welcoming environment, ensuring parents can engage deeply with the group without distraction. Hospitality makes every person feel at home—warm welcomes, intentional care, and practical setup go a long way.
