Hey Redeemer Family,
Let’s get honest: church isn’t a spectator sport. God didn’t call you to the sidelines—He called you to build, to serve, and to make a difference that lasts. This fall, I’m asking every Covenant Partner at Redeemer to step off the bench and into the mission—because the Kingdom needs your “one thing.”
God wired you for more than comfort or routine. He’s given you strengths, experience, and grit—gifts meant to be used. Maybe your “one thing” this season looks like:
Starting a weekly prayer walk in your neighborhood
Discipling a younger believer over coffee each month
Writing encouraging notes to others in the church
Hosting a monthly meal for newcomers
Helping organize or lead a men’s or women’s cohort
Using photography to capture God’s work in the life of the church
Checking in weekly with a Covenant Partner over lunch
Bringing your musical or creative gifts to strengthen our worship
Coordinating care for new moms or families in crisis
Launching a simple Bible reading or prayer group at a coffee shop
Mentoring teens who are new to the faith
Helping someone else discover their “one thing”
Whatever your “one thing” looks like, know this: God didn’t bring you here to sit out. Every gift in this church matters. Every act of service helps build a legacy that outlasts us. My commitment as your pastor is to help you get off the sidelines and into the work—so you can play your part in what God is doing right now.
