Galatians 5:16-18

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

1 John 3:1-3

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him purifies himself as he is pure.

Question: How does the mindset you choose determine your destiny?

Answer:  A mind fixed on the flesh leads to death, but a Spirit-focused mind brings life and peace. Only the Holy Spirit can transform our thoughts so that we truly love and obey God.

“For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.”
