We've fine-tuned our Sunday morning setup to be more efficient. As soon as you arrive at 8:00 AM, your first priority is to assist the band.

Let's put our collective effort into supporting the band right off the bat. This will enable them to lead us effectively in worship today.

Band Set-Up - FIRST PRIORITY

Tall Tables and Chairs

Move tall chairs and 2 tables near vending machines

Move 2 tall tables by back windows for offering tables

Unload Band & Production Closet

Big Roller from closet

Rugs & Pipe and drape

Production Roller and TV — place behind reception desk

Production Table — tablecloth and place behind reception table

Speakers

Mic and music stands

Any instruments

Stage Set-Up

Big Roller centered on middle column, plug into wall

2 big rugs, 1 small rug in front

Speakers on each side (stands in mic stand box), plug them in

Entrance Set-Up

Middle Furniture

Arrange the seating section along the back window

Arrange the pipe and drape at a diagonal angle across the gym

Note: This setup will serve to obscure the YMCA storage items and create a cleaner, more focused area for our activities.
